Aug. 22 (UPI) — A pet store in England said a two-headed snake hatched just recently at the store is now 4 weeks old and seems succeeding.
Exeter Exotics said the western hognose snake hatched without support at the store about 4 weeks earlier and staff rapidly observed the serpentine hatchling had one body, however 2 heads.

The pet store said the snake was succeeding after about 5 weeks, with one head quickly consuming used sardines. The store said in an Instagram post that the other head reveals an interest in food, however appears to have a narrower throat needing smaller sized food.
“It is odd to see that the left hand head will make the chewing movement of consuming whilst the right-hand man head is consuming,” the post said.
