An unique snake stolen from a Kelowna business has been returned.
Kelowna RCMP’s Community Youth Safety Officer, Const. Fed Angulo, was tasked with helping in an investigation into the theft of an $800 banana python snake from a business within the 300 block of Highway 33 West on April 15.
After reviewing CCTV footage, and consulting with neighborhood companions, the officer was in a position to determine three youths concerned within the theft.
Angulo situated the suspects and was in a position to retrieve the stolen snake, which was unhurt, and returned it to the business proprietor on April 17.
