PUB prospects and workers have been sickened when a thug drinker bit the pinnacle off a pet snake.
The incident was alleged to have taken place in entrance of youngsters after a person introduced within the reptile to point out it off.
Cops have been investigating after the act was filmed at The Sportsman’s Rest in Kingstanding, Birmingham, final Saturday.
West Midlands Police advised a neighborhood newspaper: “We’re conscious of the upset this could have brought about to anybody who witnessed it.
“We are making enquiries and will pass on the video to the RSPCA who will carry out their own investigation.”
One witness mentioned: “A guy brought his pet snake in. There were children there. Everyone was just enjoying the snake.”
An RSPCA spokesman mentioned: “This is a distressing video and we are keen to speak to the person in the footage who appears to bite off the head of a snake in a pub, or anyone else with first-hand information. It is an offence to cause unnecessary suffering.”
A pub spokesman mentioned: “We don’t want to comment. The staff are still traumatised.”
