In Tom Holland’s third solo flick as the teenage wall-crawler, a multiversal rift created by Doctor Strange allowed a host of baddies to pour into the MCU – Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock, Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Rhys Ifans’s Lizard, Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman and Jamie Foxx’s Electro – yet storyboards confirm things were always changing in the development stage.
Concept artist Phil Langone gave his Instagram followers an insight just before the New Year, with one of three designs on show capturing Vulture’s big return.
