“Amritha is not simply a reel character, she belongs of me. I played the character both in Malayalam and Tamil for about 4.5 years. More than being Meghna, I lived as Amritha throughout that time. Even after years, individuals still acknowledge me for my character and they call me Amritha. I highly think, the love I am getting now, is not for Meghna, however for Amritha,” she said.
Ask Meghna among her finest memories from the program, and with no doubt, she said it was the scene where she needed to hold a snake. Talking about the series, which is still making rounds on social networks, the starlet shared that it still provides her goosebumps.
“So the scene was, Amritha, attempted to save her other half Arjun, from a snake. Before the scene, I was so distressed. The one, who brought the snake, offered me pointers on how to hold it. I believe, the snake had to do with 8 feet long, they asked me not to hold it so tight that it does not swirl to my hand. I was shivering till I held the snake, however later on, I was comfy. But, throughout the take, the sticker label that covered the snake’s mouth, came out and everybody escaped. Even the cameraman left the electronic camera and escaped out of worry. I still handled to hold the snake in my hand, till the snake charmer came and held it. I will always remember that minute,” she remembered.
Talking about the memes and giants the serial is still dealing with, Megha shared that she is enjoying it.
“Memes and giants are pieces of fantastic imagination. I take pleasure in that imagination completely. Till it harms an individual, memes and giants are satisfying,” she concluded.
