A person is in jail after allegedly trying to rob a retailer in Memphis 3 times, utilizing a 5-foot snake.
Police say 26-year-old Reginald Cook is charged with two counts of tried aggravated theft.
Cook tried to rob the Shell comfort retailer at 3599 Elvis Presley Boulevard and implied that he had a weapon.
Officers say Cook entered the shop once more and demanded money from the register. The sufferer mentioned that Cook stored reaching into his clothes, implying that he had a gun, however Cook left the shop after the sufferer refused.
