Two Florida property owners were dealt with to a scene right out of a nature documentary in their own backyard: An alligator sneak-attacking a snake.

Sean O’Malley just recently sent Fox 35 Orlando the significant cellular phone video footage shot by his other half Kim on May 1 at their home in Nocatee, about 20 miles south of Jacksonville.

O’Malley likewise published the approximately two-minute clip on his Facebook page to go crazy his pals.

“Little gator vs. big snake. Who did I root for?” joked the caption.

The O’Malleys’ video begins with a gator swimming gradually swimming throughout a pond, considering the snake in the yard. Silently, it continues a beeline towards land in the still, dirty water as birds chirp and a breeze blows in the phone’s microphone.

Suddenly, at around the 40-second mark, the monster makes its relocation, taking the significant snake in its jaws and shaking it as it unsuccessfully tries to leave. The gator then drags its meal into the water, where it continues to put it in a death roll, the spinning maneuver utilized to suppress and eventually dismember and consume its victim.

The snake is not seen once again. All you hear as the video ends is the gator chewing away.

The O’Malley’s pals were properly blown away by the sight.

“Crikey!” composed one, utilizing late “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin’s signature expression.

“That looks like a clip from Wild Kingdom!” pitched in another. “Watch your step!”

“So who won?” asked somebody else. “Amazing video.”

“The gator. Snake didn’t stand a chance, replied O’Malley, who told the Miami Herald on Friday that they have no plans to call a trapper to capture the gator.

“They were here first,” O’Malley said, including that they’ve seen others also. “We are surrounded by wetlands. There are usually a couple around.”
