Lindsay Brennwald, 71, was walking again with a buddy from a restaurant at 12.30pm when he noticed a Barred grass snake.
Mr Brennwald noticed the snake on the facet of the highway subsequent to Holtspur School in Cherry Tree Road on Monday, September 25.
