MONROE COUNTY, Ga. — Over the weekend, Georgia deputies discovered a number of malnourished dogs they are saying had been uncared for by their house owners.
On Sunday, Monroe County deputies arrived at a home on Bar None Road and located a lifeless canine, a lifeless snake, a number of malnourished dogs and a cat.
Deputies stated there have been horrible situations, unlivable situations on the home, which included feces, urine, and overlaying the ground. One of the dogs discovered was so malnourished that it appeared as if it hadn’t eaten in weeks, deputies stated.
Deputies stated the lifeless snake had appeared to have been eaten by one of many dogs.

The house owners of the animals had been recognized as 31-year-old Robert Wood and 36-year-old Sabrina Parks. Warrants have been issued for each of them.
