A 30-year-old lady has been charged with an offence beneath the Dangerous Dogs Act
Police Scotland has confirmed an ‘XL Bully-type’ canine was euthanised after an incident in Coatbridge.
Officers had been known as to Broughton Place within the Shawhead space of the city at round 3.40pm yesterday to “restrain” the canine.
A vet attended the scene and the canine was euthanised.
No one was injured throughout the incident and a 30 12 months old lady has been charged beneath the brand new Dangerous Dogs Act.
