Retail staff have been left shocked after a dying canine was discovered dumped in a bin bag behind a Tesco grocery store.
The RSPCA has launched an investigation after the pooch was found deserted subsequent to garbage inside a tied black bin liner.
The animal was present in Church Road, Yardley, Birmingham at 1.30pm on Sunday.
He was unable to face due to breaks to his neck, again, legs and ribs, was lined in mange and severely underweight.
