A female chuckled and left after her “out of control” dog bit a passer-by throughout a walk in the park.

Linda Mcaloon appeared at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, February 14, charged with supervising of a dog, specifically a brown Jack Russell Terrier called Hugo, which was alarmingly out of control and hurt somebody on 2 different celebrations.




Mcaloon pleaded innocent to the very first of these offenses however did disappoint as much as her trial on September 23. She was condemned in her lack and a warrant was provided for her arrest.

The 48-year-old’s dog then assaulted a policeman performing the warrant for her arrest on September 28. At her trial on September 29, Mcaloon pleaded guilty to this offense and stopping working to give up.

Andrew Page, prosecuting, detailed that on June 15, 2022, at around 5pm, Sylvia Pieciak and Pietr Maslow were walking their dog, Novi. Mcaloon, of Mosscraig, Little Moss Hey, Liverpool, was out walking her dog Hugo at the exact same time. Ms Pieciak, identifying Mcaloon and hger dog Hugo from “previous occurrences”, got her dog as they approached.

The Jack Russell assaulted Ms Pieciak, biting her tough at the top of her left leg, and was not able to get the dog off her. Mr Maslo stepped in and put his fingers into the dog’s mouth to attempt and get him to launch his grip, which he ultimately did.
