CHARLOTTE — “She said, ‘I am dying.’”

A lady described a telephone name from her mom, who was being mauled by two dogs Monday morning.

The dogs acquired away from their proprietor in University City and attacked the mom on the Mallard Glen residences off West Mallard Creek Church Road, police mentioned.

The sufferer’s daughter, Hanyange Yodi, advised Channel 9 that her mom was on a walk when two Cane Corso combine dogs attacked her, too.

The mom referred to as Yodi to inform her goodbye.

Yodi mentioned she instantly drove to her mom’s home the place she mentioned the dogs began attacking her.

Neighbors intervened, which was what more than likely saved the 2 ladies’s lives.

“I’m glad that our neighborhood saved our lives,” Yodi mentioned. “Like everybody that came and helped us actually saved our lives.”

Yodi mentioned her mom couldn’t converse and that medical doctors have mentioned she received’t have the ability to walk anytime quickly.

Animal management euthanized the dogs.
