A “vicious” French Bulldog at a fancy Lower Manhattan building left a lady with critical leg accidents, in accordance with a lawsuit.
Michele Caruso Roeser was on the 25 Park Row condominium of friends Kristin and Gerald Flattmann when the household’s canine, Bruce, “attacked, bit and assaulted” her, she claimed in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.
Roeser, a advertising and marketing and gross sales director at HBO, in accordance with on-line profiles, claims the couple failed to regulate or restrain the pup.
Apartments within the building go for $4 million.
Roeser is in search of unspecified damages.
Her lawyer declined remark and the Flattmanns couldn’t be reached.
