Lake County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chief Christopher Covelli stated Sanjuan Reyes, 36, of Round Lake Beach, drove to a relative’s home in Joliet early Saturday morning.

Reyes was coated in blood and intoxicated and left the home shortly after arriving.
