A person concerned in a violent street rage incident that severely injured a canine earlier this month in San Jose has been arrested, police introduced Wednesday.
The incident occurred on Nov. 11 within the space of Capitol Expressway and Tully Road in South San Jose. According to San Jose Police, two males had been out of their automobile at a pink mild after initiating a street rage incident with one other automobile pushed by a person and occupied by a lady and two dogs.
At the pink mild, a 3rd automotive pulled up behind the 2 and the motive force exited his automotive, jumped onto the victims’ automotive, and stomped on the again windshield, shattering it. The motion was captured on a witness video which was launched by San Jose Police.
Police mentioned the shattered glass of the victims’ automotive fell into one of many canine’s eyes, requiring emergency medical care. No different accidents had been reported.
The investigation by the division’s Assaults Unit recognized Armando Cano as the first suspect liable for smashing the rear windshield and critically injuring the canine, police mentioned. No age or hometown was given for Cano.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant and on Nov, 22, Cano was arrested in San Jose and booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for felony vandalism, battery, and animal abuse.
There was no details about the 2 different males seen confronting the victims on the pink mild.
