Police are investigating after a person was bitten by a canine on a busy York avenue.
It occurred at round 5.10pm final Friday (9 February) when the sufferer was walking their canine on New Lane, Huntington.
A person and a girl had been with their two dogs on the identical avenue.
The dogs had been off the leash. They bit the sufferer’s canine, and when the sufferer intervened to guard their pet, they had been bitten too.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson mentioned: “Anyone who can assist officers with their investigation into the events surrounding this incident are urged to contact police with information.”
