The RSPCA is advising for info after a litter of 9 newborn puppies was “callously” discarded in Perth
The two-day-old litter was discovered inside a spot of long, wet turf on the corner of Lord Street and Guildford Road in Bassendean at 6pm on Tuesday.
Eight were rescued at the time, while one was unfortunately discovered dead.

A more 4 puppies passed away after they were positioned in foster care “due to their young age and direct exposure to the components”, RSPCA WA said in a Facebook post.
The staying 4, thought to be American Staffy crosses, are succeeding.
The litter’s mom has actually not been discovered, triggering immediate calls from the RSPCA for help.
