A person and a girl have been charged after a three-month-old woman was mauled to dying by a canine in Lincolnshire.

Kyra King was attacked at Ostlers Plantation close to to Woodhall Spa in March this 12 months. Emergency providers made efforts to save lots of the kid, however she was pronounced lifeless on the scene after sustaining accidents to her neck and head.

The incident was reported to police by the East Midlands Ambulance Service and the dad and mom had been arrested on the scene.

Police confirmed on Friday that Karen Alcock, 41, and Vince King, 54, have been charged with being accountable for a canine which was uncontrolled inflicting damage leading to dying.

The canine, believed to be a Husky, has been stored in isolation at safe kennels for the reason that incident, and officers will now search an order to euthanise it.
