An open-water swimming organisation has held its first-ever occasion, particularly for dogs.
TriSwim hosted the occasion at Chipstead Lake in Lake View Road, close to Sevenoaks, on Sunday afternoon, with 15 pooches and their homeowners collaborating.
Laura Ansell is the founding father of TriSwim.
She mentioned: “Watching our furry companions bounding with joy, chasing balls and embracing the water alongside their human counterparts, we couldn’t help but wonder why we hadn’t orchestrated a doggy-swim sooner!
“TriSwim takes immense pride in pioneering the only local venue where people and their four-legged friends can fully immerse themselves in the thrill of open-water swimming.”

Due to its success, TriSwim is already planning its subsequent Doggy Swim for Sunday, May 19, from 5pm to 7pm.
Bookings could be made here.
TriSwim additionally holds open-water swimming periods only for people. They run on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 5pm to 8pm, with some morning periods on weekends from 7am to 9am.
