A ‘thief’ was discovered was discovered with an enormous haul of chocolate together with packs of Cadbury Mini Eggs. The suspect was stopped by cops on patrol in Cannock city centre.
The suspect was discovered to be carrying a dozen bars of Mini Eggs, alongside 5 packets of Twirls and 5 packets of Wispas. Staffordshire Police stated the perpetrator was detained by a police canine handler and police canine known as Neo.
It was the second arrest made that day after one other shoplifter was tackled by PCSOs in Cannock. Taking to the social media platform X/Twitter, the account Cannock cops revealed the chocolate discover.

Cannock Police stated in a tweet: “Following proactive patrols by PCSOs at this time a shoplifter has been arrested following a theft in Cannock. Our canine handler colleague and PD Neo then locked up a second person a brief distance away who was discovered to have this haul on him…”
