A person who did not get therapy for his pet’s severe leg accidents has been banned from conserving dogs for a decade.
Yasser Hussain, 37, of Aldred Street, Rotherham, admitted inflicting pointless struggling to Deli, his two-year-old Belgian Shepherd.
