MALDEN – An SUV crashed by a Malden entrance yard on Webster Road Thursday afternoon, hitting a person and his canine. Neighbors say the canine was killed and the person was rushed to the hospital.

Stanley Raczynski says he was in his second-floor condominium throughout the road when the crash occurred.

“It gave the impression of a tree hit the bottom and I got here to the window, and I noticed a man within the automotive over right here,” Raczynski stated. “It gave the impression of someone burning rubber and I stated that man is both damage or he is making an attempt to get away.”
