Police have shared an update on the case days after the Law & Order alum introduced {that a} driver delivering groceries by means of Instacart fatally shot her household’s beloved German shepherd and beagle combine, Oliver, outdoors their home in Charlotte, N.C.
“The driver indicated that he was attacked by her canine, so he discharged his firearm,” a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department spokesperson advised E! News April 6. “The driver will not be dealing with costs for this motion.”
