It plainly revealed a nose and brooding eyes, with the face obviously shrouded in among Liam’s hallmark hoodies.

Dan, 45, was traipsing through Skipton Castle Woods in North Yorks with spouse Sue, 47, and 11-year-old Miniature Schnauzer Jenson.

He said: “We’d had a couple of day of rests from work and fancied a walk out.

“We were simply walking and it was a tree by itself that simply stood apart to me.

“As quickly as I saw it I relied on Sue and said, ‘God look at that face in that tree’.

“We both stood there for a 2nd and took a look at it and took the photo.

“It appears like a person with long hair, an indie rocker type of a person.

“It instantly reminded me of a rock star. It looked like Liam Gallagher!”

The bike sales assistant of Queensbury took a breeze and put it online, where others rather saw a few of Liam’s fellow artists, and even loved ones.

One said: “A bit like George Harrison, but also Noel Gallagher.”

Another commented: “I see Ian Brown.”

One composed: “I think you got it! Richard Ashcroft!”
