Two folks had been arrested and two puppies and a stolen car had been recovered early Sunday morning.
Shortly after 8:30 am, officers obtained a report {that a} white Ford Expedition was stolen from Athabasca Street East the night time earlier than.
Two hours later, an officer was patrolling the downtown space when she noticed the car and tried a site visitors cease.
The officer flashed her lights, however the driver allegedly sped away, ran a pink mild at Victoria Street and 2nd Avenue and briefly drove within the reverse lane.

The male suspect obtained a launch order and a courtroom date for Step. 21 whereas the feminine suspect was held in custody till her courtroom date this week.
