A Tennessee man has been charged with homicide for allegedly taking pictures and killing his neighbor — after he requested him to scoop up his canine’s poop of their shared yard.
Knoxville police responded about 6 p.m. Saturday to a report of a taking pictures at a home on East Oldham Avenue, the place they found a wounded man who was pronounced useless on the scene, WATE reported.
Stefen White, 34, had gotten into an argument with the neighbor when he requested him to select up his pooch’s poop from their shared space, in line with the outlet.
The suspect then pulled out a handgun and shot the person within the chest, in line with an arrest warrant obtained by the information outlet.
White was charged with second-degree homicide and was held on the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility.
Police stated that detectives are nonetheless investigating the incident.
The sufferer has not been recognized.
