UPDATE — Two individuals and one canine have been efficiently rescued from a storm drain.
No accidents have been reported.
The drain is situated at Phoenix Avenue and Del Monte Street within the Lower Valley.
Animal Services and regulation enforcement have been on the scene.
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — The El Paso Fire Department’s Special Rescue crews try to get two individuals out of a storm drain.
A spokesperson alerted the general public to the trapped individuals and the rescue try Thursday afternoon.
The drain is situated at Phoenix Avenue and Del Monte Street within the Lower Valley.
The EPFD spokesperson says nobody has been reported injured.
