A useless canine was discovered dumped in a crate in North London by a passer-by final Thursday, March 28. The walker instantly reported the canine to the RSPCA, and an animal rescue officer was dispatched to Albert Road in West Kilburn.
Philip Heyes mentioned: “This poor young male dog was mendacity on his aspect on high of a bit of brown carpet in a black steel canine crate, partially lined with a gray blanket. The crate had been dumped in some bushes towards a fence beside the footpath, off Albert Road.
“The dog – a black and tan, short-haired German Shepherd cross type – was shockingly skinny; you could see all of his ribs and his hip bones. He was barely more than fur, skin and bones. It was a shocking and pitiful sight and raises concerns that he had been neglected and poorly kept for some time before his death.”
