A farmer has actually been required to have a sheep put down after being assaulted by a dog in Forfar.

Police are now hunting for the dog and its owner and have actually interested the general public for details.

The event took place on in between Tuesday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 3 in Glenogil.

A Police Scotland representative said: “If you saw any dogs in the location on nowadays or have any details that will help please contact 101 and quote event number 0848 of May 3.
