BALTIMORE — A canine sanctuary in Anne Arundel County is flying to new heights to assist senior dogs with one other probability at discovering a loving home.
The sanctuary in Severn is the place dogs can dwell out their closing days in consolation and peace.
Jack, a rescue canine, traveled roughly 850 miles from Florida to the sanctuary.
“It was wonderful,” volunteer Cathy Wijnands stated. “We flew down Saturday morning and got here again late Sunday night time. It was an actual fast down-and-back flight. It simply felt so wonderful to see his lovely face.”
