An animal rescue is looking for contributions towards the care of a puppy saved after encountering traffic.
According to My Lovely Horse Rescue, a drunk man took the puppy out of a haversack Dublin City after which the animal was seen encountering traffic.
Volunteers consisting of a group of home builders and passersby hurried to the scene in addition to Gardaí from Store Street to interact to save him.
The puppy was required to Raheny Veterinary Hospital, where he was found to be really dehydrated and with mange and worms.
