State Department of Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding is reminding residents to buy their 2024 canine licenses by the beginning of subsequent yr.
Dog licenses in Pennsylvania went on sale earlier this month, however Redding urges these planning on licensing their four-footed companions to take action earlier than January 1.
