An Edinburgh resident has slammed an thoughtless man for letting his canine mess outdoors a disabled person’s home with out picking it up.
The Clermiston native, who needs to stay nameless, filmed their heated confrontation with the male who was wearing a camo jacket.
The man was seen holding a big dog on a lead as they had been challenged by the fed up motorist.

A video, which was shared with Edinburgh Live, has been muted because of the language used in the course of the incident.
The native says they had been driving alongside Durar Drive once they seen the canine doing its business in entrance of a disabled person’s home.
They waited to see if the person would decide it up however once they realised the thoughtless proprietor was not bending down with a poo bag, she acquired out of her automobile to demand that he decide it up.

But she was met with a defiant response the place the canine proprietor allegedly claimed he legally didn’t need to.
“I pulled over to let a car pass, and caught him in my side mirror and waited to see if he was picking the poo up then he just started walking,” they stated.
“The poo was outdoors a disabled person’s gate, so I stated excuse me, are you planning on selecting it up?
“But he responded by saying ‘legally I don’t need to.’
“I stated you’ve acquired a selection to choose it up or I’m going to publish you on social media for all to see how disgusting you might be.
“He then ran away.
“The house owners of the property got here out as I used to be shouting and swearing, which I don’t usually do, however I used to be attempting to attract consideration to the scenario on goal.
