Officers in Kidderminster seized the canine after wellbeing issues have been raised
Officers from Kidderminster Police have seized a younger puppy from a automotive boot sale after reviews it was being mistreated.
Members of the general public contacted officers claiming it was being dragged round and being provided on the market illegally.
The canine – renamed ‘Sausage’ by the patrol workforce – has been handed to the RSPCA which is now investigating.
Officers attended and witnessed some cruelty in the direction of the Spaniel kind canine. It was famous the puppy was not walking nicely and appeared very nervous. They seized him underneath Section 4 of the 2006 Animal Cruelty act.
Sausage was taken to a boarding kennels by the RSPCA who are actually investigating the matter.
PC Natasha Hadley of Kidderminster Police, a canine proprietor herself, stated she seized the puppy for his personal wellbeing saying his again leg have been bowed, he was very scared and cowering when folks approached him.
“It was horrible to see such a younger canine who must be lively in a state of misery and being mistreated this fashion.
“He might barely walk, was very nervous and had no power or curiosity in something.”
