Jennifer Siegel, the animal director at Bosley’s Place rescue in Georgia, confirmed Sweetpea’s dying, as per the New York Post. Siegel knowledgeable that the Cavapoo passed away from a kidney illness on Nov. 20, 2023, on the tender age of 5 months. She was born on July 1, 2023, in Tennessee and was raised on the Bosney’s Place rescue. 

In Siegel’s phrases, “Sweetpea lived a charming life. She was very loving. Everyone loved Sweetpea.” She additional added, “We knew when she came to our rescue, she was going to be a medical nightmare. We made sure she was taken care of well and gave her the best life possible with her short life expectancy.”

According to Siegel, Sweetpea was born with a gap in her coronary heart. Moreover, she suffered from hydrocephalus, a neurological situation characterised by an irregular accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the mind’s cavities.
