ROCHESTER, N.Y. — An outbreak of canine parvovirus has killed 10 dogs at Rochester Animal Services.
People seeking to give up their canine at RAS can’t achieve this right now due to the outbreak.
A spokesperson for the City of Rochester says the neighborhood might help by adopting or fostering dogs.
