PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A Pittsburgh girl is accused of permitting her canine to starve to dying after police stated she tethered and deserted it in an house.
A warrant is out for the arrest of 22-year-old Talazia Johnson of Pittsburgh, who police stated is dealing with a number of prices within the canine’s dying.
Pittsburgh Public Safety stated law enforcement officials and animal management officers had been referred to as to Bedford Avenue between Chauncey and Duff streets on July 28 for stories of a useless canine discovered inside an unoccupied house.
