Pit bull dog stabbed to death in New York City’s Central Park

A man stabbed a pit bull to death following a quarrel with the dog’s owner in New York City’s Central Park, authorities said.

The seriously hurt dog was carried to a regional animal center, where he was euthanized after the stabbing Saturday night, authorities said.

According to the New York Daily Newsan argument broke out in between the man and the female when the enemy’s released dog started biting at the female’s pit bull. As she attempted to separate the dogs, the man took out a switchblade and stabbed the pit bull mix.

No arrests were made since Sunday. An examination was continuous.
