Pennsylvania’s up to date Dog Law took impact final week to extend public security in communities, add shopper protections for many who purchase or undertake dogs, strengthen necessities for every type of kennels and enhance penalties for many who violate the legislation and put individuals and dogs in danger. The legislation obtained a bipartisan upgrade and was signed Oct. 23 by Gov. Josh Shapiro, however the majority of the statute formally took impact Jan. 21.
