HADLEY – A canine carrying a pink collar however no tags, and having been sprayed by a skunk, was discovered deserted within the space of Knightly Road on July 1.

Following an intensive investigation by Hadley Police, the canine’s proprietor has been recognized and might be dealing with a cost of animal cruelty in Eastern Hampshire District Court in Belchertown.
