A lady has actually been charged with discarding her dead dog on the roadway behind a hotel in Manchester, New Hampshire, last month, authorities said.
The dog’s body was discovered Jan. 19, when a lady saw a tail protruding of a garbage bag at the Fairfield Inn on South Porter Street, Manchester authorities said.
