OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A 16-year-old boy was arrested final week after being accused of attacking his household with a baseball bat, in line with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
A charging affidavit reveals that on the night time of Sept. 21, deputies responded to stories of the battery at a home in St. Cloud.
According to the affidavit, the sufferer stated that she returned home from shopping for groceries with a buddy, which is when a 16-year-old dwelling on the home started yelling at her. The affidavit says that he informed her that he was “going to get her.”
He then started destroying gadgets contained in the home with a baseball bat, the affidavit reveals. Deputies stated that when she tried to cease him, he struck her within the abdomen with the bat, knocking her into the buddy.

Both the girl and her buddy escaped the home whereas the teenager continued destroying gadgets in the home, although the teenager quickly after ran away, deputies added.
Law enforcement started looking out the world for the teenager, who had hidden away in some “thick shrubbery and debris” to keep away from being caught, in line with investigators.
However, a sheriff’s workplace canine was deployed to assist in the search, and it was in the end in a position to catch the teenager, deputies stated. He was later taken to the hospital for therapy of accidents attributable to the canine.
According to the sheriff’s workplace, the teenager was taken into custody and faces fees of aggravated assault, resisting arrest with out violence and two counts of aggravated battery with a lethal weapon.
