Devastated pet proprietor and plaintiff Kathryn Corkery says in recent court docket papers that Lenox Hill Veterinarians added insult to damage by asking her if she did medication or had narcotics in her condo whereas her canine Oliver suffered within the days earlier than his dying — a blatant try and shift blame away from the clinic’s screw-up.
