Everyone who owns a canine is aware of how irresistibly cute puppy-dog eyes and waggy tails could be. Whilst canine house owners will at all times assume their four-legged pal is the cutest ever, we requested our readers to vote for who they imagine to be the ‘cutest canine in Nottinghamshire’.
On February 4, Nottinghamshire Live shared the hunt to seek out the cutest canine round. After receiving a whole bunch of Nottinghamshire’s cute canine companions, our staff created a shortlist of contenders.
Our readers voted from our shortlist of nominees and the profitable pooch will make your coronary heart soften. Meet Mollie a three-year-old Cavapoo, who now holds the title of the ‘cutest canine’ within the area.
Who is the greatest Nottinghamian?
Owner Laura Parker, from West Bridgford, described Mollie as tiny, pleasant, and playful. As seen within the photos Mollie has a playful persona dressed up in a Santa hat, pumpkin costume, and sun shades.
The 31-year-old stated: “I’m very proud. Obviously, we think she’s the cutest dog anyway so it’s nice for her to recognised. We’ve had her for three years and she is very friendly.”
Laura defined the way it was a ‘surprise’ Mollie had gained as she wasn’t conscious she was shortlisted. She stated: “Mollie is like our child, and we predict she thinks she’s a toddler.
“She’s only tiny as well, she’s only three and a half kilos we are getting stopped because people think she’s a baby. We can’t go anywhere because we are always getting stopped saying how cute and small she is. They ask what breed she is.”
The Cavapoo is a small crossbreed between the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Miniature Poodle or Toy Poodle. They have a pleasant, playful nature and revel in getting loads of love and a spotlight from their house owners.
Laura has two boys who assume Mollie is the ‘cutest in the world’, she stated her sons have been ‘really pleased’ with the win. Laura added: “She knows she’s cute, she loves fuss.”
