Fashion designer, actress and daughter of Lionel, Nicole Richie stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and instructed a fully superb story about how she acquired her first canine when she was about four-years-old.

The puppy was a present from none aside from the legendary late artist previously generally known as Prince, and he gave the little pup a fairly uncommon title.

“Prince acquired me my first canine,” Richie instructed Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Tuesday. “I bear in mind as a result of the canine’s title was God. I didn’t title the canine, clearly.”

Let’s all simply take a beat for a minute and think about how epic and superb it could be to get a present like that from Prince. Talk about luckiest child ever, although the title is an odd selection.

Richie additionally spoke about her different pets, together with her new cat she named Lavender Bumblebee. In the above clip, Richie, age 42, talked about how her and socialite Paris Hilton used to go purchase pet rats, and later, ferrets.

The others are known as Sunny, Daisy, Dixie Chick, Ivy, Popsicles, and Talulah. We even have a cat named Tiger Lily, a canine named Rocky Baltimore, the turtles, and a bearded dragon known as Speedy. There is not a ton of details about the entire pets that Prince owned earlier than his passing. He was mentioned to have had a cat named Paisley and Vanity Fair shares how after his loss of life his sister spoke to the Today Show’s Al Roker about the doves at Paisley park, After he handed, they weren’t speaking,” Nelson revealed of Prince’s beloved pets, who even earned an “ambient singing” credit score on his 2002 album One Nite Alone. “It didn’t feel the same . . . So when I first came in [to Paisley Park after Prince’s death], I was like, ‘Where’s the doves? What’s going on?’ [His staff] said, ‘They’re up there. They’re just not talking.’ I said, ‘Well you need to play some Prince music.’”

That’s so unhappy. These doves clearly really feel like me as a result of I do not suppose I’ll ever not be unhappy about Prince dying.
