Police have charged a person after 5 puppies had been discovered deserted alongside the Niagara Parkway in Niagara Falls final month.
Reports say the puppies had been discovered on Dec. 28 after somebody had heard whimpering coming from the shoreline.
That individual says they noticed a white SUV velocity off from the car parking zone simply south of Edgeworth Road earlier than they discovered the puppies.
Police say that investigations revealed that seven shar-pei puppies had been deserted. Four of these puppies stay within the care of the Niagara SPCA, whereas one was discovered deceased on the scene and two stay unaccounted for.

On Wednesday, police executed a search warrant at a home in Niagara Falls the place they arrested 63-year-old Mario Sid Silva.
He now faces 4 counts of willfully inflicting pointless ache or damage to an animal and killing an animal apart from cattle.
