BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – A Christmas wonder in the type of 7 young puppies came as an outcome of recently’s storm. With dreadful roadway conditions and a power failure, one Pembroke Welsh Corgi called Ginger was at danger of not providing her young puppies in perfect conditions.
