To Have New Pups At Race In His Honor

TMZ Sports spoke with Rich Powers following Spencer’s statue unveiling in Ashland State Park — simply over a yr after the doggo passed away following a most cancers battle — concerning the golden retriever’s significance to runners, in addition to the dogs who will try and comply with in his paws.
