A mum-of-five who ran an unlawful puppy promoting business from her home has walked free from court. Carol Warr ended up earlier than magistrates after being caught breeding and promoting puppies illegally.

Warr, of Fairgreen Gardens, Brierley Hill, admitted breeding dogs and promoting a business of promoting dogs with no licence between October 27, 2020, and April 27, 2023. The defendant was fined £480 and ordered to pay £415.92 prices, alongside a £192 sufferer surcharge when her case was heard at Dudley Magistrates’ Court on December 20.
